(St. Louis County - From the intersection of Manchester Rd. and Highway 141 stretching westward to the St. Louis County border; then northward along the St. Louis County border to the bisection of the Missouri River and Interstate Highway 70; then eastward along Highway 70 to the intersection of Interstate 70 and Interstate Highway 270; then southward to the intersection of Interstate Highway 270 and Creve Coeur Mill Rd. then southwesterly along Creve Coeur Mill Rd. to the intersection of Creve Coeur Mill Rd. and Olive Blvd.; then west along Olive Blvd. to the intersection of Olive with Highway 141; then south along Highway 141 until the intersection with Manchester Rd.)
