Hybrid Solutions - Returning to the Rooms
As restrictions lift, and physical meetings return, many groups are wondering how to integrate Virtual Meetings with In-Person Meetings. There is no set way to host a hybrid meeting. While we don't have any official recommendations for equipment, the Technology Committee does have some topics to think about before starting a hybrid meeting. This discussion list will serve as a good starting point for meetings to consider when going hybrid.
How We Work
Our committee meets quarterly at Area Assemblies and monthly online between assemblies. We use Zoom and Slack to communicate between area assemblies.
