You can request a virtual meeting hosted by the area. With many meeting places closing, this is a great way to keep in touch with your group and continue to meet.
EAMO has a business level Google Suite account and is able to share these tools with groups in Area 38. With this virtual meeting you can chat with up to 150 people on a variety of devices, or hold a video call with up to 25 participants in your group. The meeting will work from a variety of devices (computers, tablets, cellphones) as well as tradition phones.
Meetings can be set to recur at several intervals (such as weekly). One request will take care of getting your meeting setup as long as you'd like. Once the need for a virtual meeting has ended, contact the webmaster and the meeting will be taken down.
The virtual meeting information will be sent to the requester, and they will be responsible for inviting other guests to join the meeting. The requester will temporarily have access to the Area's GSuite with their own account, which we've found is necessary for the meetings to work.
